Q - how the mba entrance exam ?????is any coaching is needed for another stream graduate students???.

- Sruthy

The most popular MBA entrance exam is CAT. The Common Admission Test (CAT) is conducted by Indian Institute of Management (IIM) for admission in the management programs of IIMs. CAT score is also adopted by the many other top B-schools of India.

A candidate with bachelor degree in any stream from a recognised university with atleast 50% marks can take CAT exam. The test consists of questions that assess a candidate’s quantitative, verbal, and logical & data interpretive skills. Test is followed by group discussion and interview also.

Other B-Schools either accept marks scored in various entrance exams like CAT, MAT, JMET, GMAT, XAT, state entrance exams, etc. or organise separate entrance exams.

Cracking these entrance exams require lots of study, hard work and preparation. There is no need for any coaching if you are dedicated and confident enough to prepare yourself for the exam.
