Q - After MBA(HR),what course to do for better jobs

- Jamdhade

It depends on various things. Like, Do you want to focus on one specific area in HR or get involved in number of areas? Which area do you want to focus on?

If you are interested in Industrial Relations, then a PG in Industrial Relations or degree in Law or further study in similar field may be helpful.
If Training & Development is your line of interest, consider PG in Training & Development or related field may be helpful. Recruitment & Selection doesn't require any extra degree or diploma at all. Consider various HR fields and decide which you want to specialise in.

Some related study areas are Psychology, Social Work, organisation Behaviour, etc.
Ph.D. is higher degree for teaching, research and consulting work.

After MBA(HR), no further study is actually essential for starting a career in most of the HR fields. Further studies will only improve your knowledge in particular areas. If you want to specialise in some area which demands degree, diploma, etc. in specific subject, then you should consider it.

Keep in mind, practical experience is the real asset. Any further study might be little helpful, but the key to success is actually getting practical knowledge and applying it further. Our suggestion is, if possible, you should join some organisation and get exposure in core HR areas while doing further studies.
