Q - is it necessary to be good at drawing for being a good animator?

- Rattanpreet

There is no such compulsion for an animator. Animation is based on creative ideas and creative works. So you should have creative and imaginative skills with flair for drawing. If you are not interested in drawing at all, then you can speciliase in any non-designing areas of animation and make career in that line.
