Getting first job as a fresher is not easy for everyone. You need to keep trying with a positive mindset. Don't loose heart. It is a learning experience. Try to learn from each case. Understand your weaknesses and try to overcome them.
Grab first decent job offered. You can start at lower and then move on to higher levels. Don't care much for salary and other things, initially. Your first priority must be on learning. The more you learn the better for your career. Your confidence will also increase with the experience. Then decide your further steps. Set targets and follow them.
You can work and apply for trainee or junior executive or assistant posts.
Your decision to do MBA after two years is right. Your 2-3 years experience will be really beneficial for doing MBA.
