Answer:

Banking services include a wide range of front office as well as back office activities. Banks are involved in trading of gold and forex activities, credit cards,  personal loans, securitisation, housing & vehicle loans, mutual funds, insurance and many other financial operations.
For entry level jobs most of the private banks appoint graduates with good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of computer is also required. For specialised jobs, they appoint management graduates, Finance specialists, CAs and other specialists.

If you are seeing your future in banking sector and want to make a long term career in it, then
- get an MBA or equivalent PG Degree in Banking & Finance/ Banking & Insurance or other such related field from a good institution
- or other degree/diploma in specialised  areas like finance, accounts or whatever you are interested in
- work over your communication and interpersonal skills, especially for front office jobs
