Admissions to B.Tech. programmes(Aerospace Engineering, Avionics, and Physical Sciences) in Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology(IIST), Thiruvananthapuram are made through the IIST Admission Test (ISAT).
You must secure at least 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) papers in 10+2 to apply for this test. For more details on eligibility criteria and other things, please see latest ISAT brochure.
Admission notification can be found in newspapers or on website www.iist.ac.in during October-November.

On successful completion of the course with specified academic standards, the students are absorbed in ISRO as Scientists/Engineers.
