Answer:

For Probationary Officer and other Junior Management posts, one must hold a bachelor degree(any stream, generally). You should continue your study and later apply for banking exams.
Both, government banks and private banks advertise for jobs on various mediums. You can find these advertisements on leading newspapers and/or employment news or official websites of banks. Some banks put application form on their websites and require candidates to apply online. You can also apply for common written examinations conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection(IBPS).
You may have to follow various selection procedures which may include written test, group discussion, interview or other processes. These procedures may vary from bank to bank.
Written test is, generally, an objective type test which is based on quantitative aptitude, reasoning, banking, English, etc. Some tests also include descriptive type questions.
