Above all, you should move ahead with a positive mindset. If you, yourself, are depressed and not prepared; then it will cause only harm. Even, nothing else can do more harm. So, better plan your career positively. Becoming a Professor in English is not very difficult. You can do B.Ed. from any recognised university. M.A. (English) and further studies will be helpful too. Your teaching experience may be of some assistance also.
If you do well in higher studies, it may make up a bit for 10th scores. You should now concentrate on future. There are eligibility tests and entrance exams for teaching jobs. So, you should word hard and do good in these exams.
Good academic background is not the only criteria for success. There are other things too required to get a good job. You should acquire and/or improve these skills.
