Q - I am taking my tenth standard board examinations. I want to do MBA HR later on but Iím confused whether I should take up commerce with maths or non medical. Which one will be better?

Answer:

You can choose any stream for 10+2 studies to do MBA HR. There will be hardly any difference. Choose whichever stream you like and feel better in. You are just in 10th standard and MBA is still far. May be you will change your mind in the mean time. First, decide in which field you want a bachelor degree, concentrate on that. Later, you can move to MBA from any field.

Additionally, if you are completely sure about doing MBA in HR, consider studying related subjects like psychology, anthropology, sociology, law, etc. and develop skills like communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
