Q - I am a B-Tech 4rth year student from computer science.I want to that which stream should I choose after B-Tech and I m not at all interested in Java I can not do programming in java.

If you are not interested in programming, choose other areas such as system analysis and design, networking, database, testing, security, web, internet, e-business, gaming, animation, etc. 
If you are not interested in Java, particularly, choose other technologies like .NET, Internet Technologies, Mobile Development, and so on. 
Computer science and engineering is a very vast field. So, you have so many options to choose from, such as:
Computer Architecture and Engineering
Computer Networks
Software engineering
Computer Graphics
Computer Security
Databases
Information Systems
Distributed Systems
Scientific Computing
Simulation, Artificial Intelligence
