Q - I have to become interior designer so what are the study I have to do after 10 and who much money needed plz suggests me

A large number of institutes are offering several interior designing courses,:- B.A./B.Sc./B.Des./Bachelor in Interior Design Diploma/PG Diploma in Interior Design Certificate Course in Interior Design Course fee varies depending on type of courses and institutions, from 20k to few lakhs. Eligibility criteria for most of the courses is a pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination. Some courses require Bachelor degree in Engineering/Architecture/Design. It is upto you how and at which level you want to join this field. For better understanding of artistic and technical knowledge, you can earn a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design itself; or first complete Bachelor degree in Architecture/Design and then join PG Diploma(Interior Design) of any renowned institute. However, it is a creative field which also require technical knowledge, interpersonal and managerial skills. So, above all a successful career depends on your own capabilities and creativity. Additionally, it will be helpful if you take Mathematics for 10+2 studies; and also start enhancing your designing knowledge and drawing skills. [Answered on April 16, 2014]
