Modes and procedures of admission in Ph.D. is different for different type of candidates; through entrance test, without entrance test, for M.Phil. degree holders, sponsored candidates, candidates having work experience.
AIMA offers Ph.D. programme  under AIMA ‐ AMU programme for 5-year-experience managers holding PGDM/Master Degree. The programme includes Foundation Phase and Research Work Phase. You will need to appear in foundation phase entrance test.
IIMs offer Fellow Programme in Management which is a doctoral programme.
Institutes offering Ph.D. may also mention exemption from M.Phil. in specific cases.
You should see all the possibilities. You can complete M.Phil. first and then apply for Ph.D.; or qualify for JRF. Please contact concerned university/institution directly to find out if you meet the required qualification or can get exemption.
