Q - sir igot only 43% marks in 10th exam,57% marks in 12th exam 61% marks in graduate exam. can i applicable for assistant proff.should i do msc for assistant proff. or i stop my education due to less marks in 10th exam,as i am not applicable for this post.

Continue your studies. Job Interviewers consider several things in prospective candidates. They have their own preferences and weightage system as well. If they see strong and good academic record and an effective list of related works and achievements; obviously, possibilities of getting selected are higher too. So, work hard to improve your future performances.   

For lectureship post, you should qualify in National Eligibility Test(nation level exam; determines eligibility for lectureship in Indian universities and colleges) or State Eligibility Test(state level exam; determines eligibility for lectureship in universities and colleges situated in the state from where you have cleared your SET). Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks in Master’s degree or equivalent can apply for  NET/SET. When you meet this criteria, appear in the exam. 

List down your qualification from highest to lowest in CV. It is not necessary to mention 10th scores all the time. Even if you mention, it will be of least importance considering other qualifications.
