Answer:

To apply for UPSC exam the candidate must hold a valid university degree or possess equivalent qualification or have appeared in the exam(they will have to produce proof of passing the requisite examination with their application for the Main Examination). So, you can apply for UPSC exam after passing B.A. or appearing in final exam.
You have the option to choose Punjabi or Hindi as Indian language paper.
You can choose political science or sociology as optional subject for main exams. You must have strong understanding and deep knowledge of the subject you choose. Go through the syllabus of UPSC examination and old question papers. Literature of languages - Hindi or Punjabi can also be chosen as optional subject(better if you have studied literature extensively or done masters in that subject).
Choose any subject which interests you and in which you think you can do very well.
