Q - Sir/mam, i completed graduation in mathmetics honours with 50%. Can i get a good government job??

For most of government jobs, written exams are conducted and final selection is based on the performance in written exams and interview. You can definitely get a good job if you perform well. For many of such government posts required minimum percentage is not very high.
You can apply for UPSC - Civil Service Exam. Or
Vacancies posted by Staff Selection Commissions and government departments -
    - Mathematics related posts - Statistical Investigator, Data Processing Assistant, etc.
    - Combined Graduate Level Examination - any post where eligibility is a Bachelor's Degree provided minimum percentage is not specified or if specified, not more than fifty percent.
