Q - Hi, Im MBA graduate having 3yrs Corporate experince in Human Resource domain. Can i do B.ED 1year course now? will it be helpful in my career if i need to switch over to teaching Domain? plz suggest me

Answer:

You can do B.Ed provided you fulfill the eligibility conditions specified by the concerned institution.
Doing B.Ed. will help if you want to be apply for school level teaching positions. For university level teaching, you should clear NET/PhD.
Please note, a B.Ed. candidate is required to select a teaching subjects combination which he/she should have studied at graduation or post graduation level. In this case, MBA degree is least useful so you can only apply on the basis of your graduation level subjects. Therefore, first check the possibilities and scope of the subjects you opted for graduation.
If you are interested in teaching, you can consider other options such as soft skills, corporate training  - business communication, language skills, interpersonal skills, personality development, etc. Once you become an expert in your subject, you will have several options. You can even start your own education center or training organisation.
