Q - sir i cant decide that in which way i should go after h.s. exam pls help me.

Take your time to explore all streams. Each stream has its own scope, areas of study and possibilities.
If possible, join provisional classes - learn more about each stream. You will get some idea about the subjects.

You can choose medical or non-medical field.
Careers in science may be related to specialisation in single discipline or may be multidisciplinary.
- ranges from engineers to biologists to geologists, chemists, zoologists, physicists, medics, pharmacists, astronomers; food scientists to environmental scientists, forensic experts, science teachers, science writers, mathematicians, pilot, and more.
Related skills - numerical, analytical, or problem solving skills, laboratory work

Commerce sets foundation for finance and business fields.
Areas of study - accountancy, finance, business, management, statistics
You can join professional courses like CA, CWA or MBA in Finance, CFA.
Career options  -  run family business; work with banks, financial institutions, insurance companies and audit firms
Make career in accounting, audit, taxation, banking, finance, insurance, investment banking, mutual funds, share or capital markets, retail, etc.
Choose if you have an aptitude for numbers, interested in business, finance or management field.

Arts and Humanities  - related to a specific field(s)  -   languages, general studies, social studies
You can choose from a large diverse pool of subjects.
Careers may be related to  - historical and philosophical studies, creative arts and design, languages and literature, music and performing arts, political and developmental studies, media and communication, hospitality sector or service sector, and more.

You can decide a career goal and choose subjects that help you to reach it.
