All countries have their own visa and work permit rules. Once you have a valid MBA degree, you can try for jobs in abroad. You should study immigration rules and points system of foreign countries you are interested in.

It is not easy to find a job and work permit in UK, Germany & other parts of EU, if
you are not from European Union.  They enforce many terms & conditions.

Doing IELTS could be a better option. IELTS points count for work permit and study programmes in many countries.

You can work in India after MBA, get some experience, and simultaneously apply for job in abroad.

If you want to study abroad, then you can consider Study and Work programmes.
In UK, you can try for temporary jobs with your study. If you apply for student visa under Tier 4 (General), you may work upto few hours per week.
In Germany, students who are not citizens of the European Union, can only work for a limited period per year.
In Canada, if you obtain student-related work permit and fulfill some other required conditions, you can work off campus up to 20 hours per week during regular academic sessions, and full time during scheduled breaks. Also you can apply for a work permit to work in Canada during or after your studies under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.

We suggest you to go through visas’ and work permit rules of respective countries for more details.
